Position Summary
The Junior Business Development Executive will play a crucial supporting role in our sales cycle, bridging communication between clients, sales, and technical teams.
This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career in a fast-paced technology environment.


Job Description:
  1. Customer Requirement Follow-up: Proactively engage with clients to follow up on requirements, gather feedback, and ensure all necessary information is captured accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Sales & Technical Coordination: Support the Head of Sales by coordinating with the technical team to translate customer requirements into feasible design specifications and solutions. Act as a liaison to ensure seamless information flow.
  3. Presentation Design & Development: Create compelling and professional presentations (e.g, PowerPoint, Google Slides) for client pitches, proposals, and internal reviews, effectively communicating our value proposition and technical solutions.
  4. Market Research & Analysis Support: Assist in conducting market research, identifying potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the Telco and Banking sectors to support strategic business development initiatives.
  5. Customer Coordination & On-site meeting(optional): Coordinate directly with customers for scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and support existing relationships. Occasionally, provide on-site support alongside the sales team during client meetings or presentations to assist with logistics, note-taking, or basic inquiries.

Qualification:

Gender & Age: Female, not over 25 years old.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably within a technology-focused company, or a strong desire to learn and grow in Business Development. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, IT systems, or a strong willingness to grasp technical concepts quickly.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating visually appealing and informative presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain professional client relationships.

Proactiveness & Initiative: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Learning Agility: Eager to learn about new technologies, industry trends, and business development strategies within the Telco and Banking domains.

Mobility: Ability to travel locally for on-site client visits when required.
